North Korea gets new PDA

Mention North Korea and what comes into your mind? Well, for the most of us, we would probably be looking at nuclear missiles, a starving peasant population, an ailing dictator and communists. You can add "PDA" to that list now, as the second of such a device is now available in that part of the world, retailing for a whopping (relatively speaking) $140 there. This PDA is capable of playing back audio, supporting e-book formats as well as video support, carrying all data in 8GB of internal memory. How will this PDA change the world and the way we look at gadgets? It won't, but it is interesting to see the country "opening up" a bit more, perhaps that is due to Kim Jong Il's son preparing to take over by liberalizing the minds of the people with tech?
